In the long-term use of machine tool guide rail and other friction pairs, due to the existence of different degrees of friction between the two contact surfaces, the surface of friction pairs has different degrees of wear, which seriously affects the machining accuracy and production efficiency of machine tool. The common methods of machine tool guide rail repair are scraping repair, grinding repair, bonding repair, brush plating brazing repair, etc

1. Scraping and repairing method

Through the grinding and scraping of guide rail and standard inspection tool (or matched parts), the guide rail accuracy can reach the required repair method. Scraping repair method has the advantages of high precision, beautiful surface, good oil storage and good wear resistance, but it has high labor intensity and production

Low efficiency, generally suitable for high-precision machine tools, or poor conditions of the plant and workshop equipment repair. The machine tool guide rails are generally group guide rails. During scraping, first determine the guide rail surface as the benchmark according to the guide rail repair principle, and scrape it with the standard inspection tool to make its flatness meet the technical requirements, and then take it as the benchmark to scrape other guide rail surfaces to complete the scraping of the whole machine tool guide rail and meet the accuracy requirements.

2. Grinding repair method
