The manufacturer introduces the common faults and solutions of precision guide rail?If the precision guide rail is not maintained, it is easy to cause some faults, such as rust, looseness, fracture, scratch, etc. It will affect the quality of production and processing. So our factory lists some common faults here and introduces solutions. Hope to help you in the future! Fault 1: poor maintenance The usual maintenance work is not implemented. The sliding seat of the linear guide rail will dry or burn due to friction. It needs to be lubricated with lubricating oil to ensure its long-term precision operation. Fault 2: aqueous solution corrosion The invasion of water-soluble coolant, lubrication and anti rust ability will decrease, resulting in corrosion of linear guide rail. Thus, denudation occurs. Main causes: high humidity environment, water solution invasion. Fault 3: overload In order to improve the production efficiency, many enterprises neglect the bearing limit of the guide rail components, which causes problems such as distortion and deformation of the guide rail, which should be faced squarely, otherwise, it is a matter of time before the guide rail loses precision navigation. Fault 4: low accuracy, poor rigidity of transmission mechanism and insufficient transmission power Elimination method: recheck the transmission mechanism of the machine tool, find out the improper parts for adjustment, or reassemble after disassembly, so as to make the fit in good condition, reduce the friction resistance of parts and components to eliminate the crawling caused by insufficient transmission power; strengthen the rigidity of transmission parts, improve their strength, and avoid the elastic state. Transform the transmission system, reduce the transmission level of the machine, improve the transmission efficiency of the machine to ensure enough transmission power and eliminate the creeping phenomenon. Fault 5: oxidation deterioration Check the oil film condition of the machine tool guide rail oil supply system and the guide rail surface, adjust the oil supply valve to keep enough oil film and good lubrication on the guide rail surface to avoid dry friction. |
