1. Job characteristics: longitudinal and transverse composite magnetic field induction heating quenching: high heating efficiency, fast speed, only 6 seconds per piece; The hardened layer has a uniform hardness distribution. Low power consumption; The edge of the tooth surface is consistent with the middle. The hardened layer of the tooth root can be accurately controlled. The deformation is very small.


2. Working principle: Connect a high-frequency power supply, connect the electrical contacts of the inductor into a circuit, and the sample above the inductor becomes the induced heating element. In this way, the surface of the workpiece is not only heated by the longitudinal magnetic field, but also by the transverse magnetic field, thereby achieving the goal of uniform heating. Replacing different sensors can heat surfaces of workpieces with different shapes. Compared with traditional high-frequency heating, the surface heating current of the workpiece is more concentrated, the density is higher, and the heating speed is faster. By using this method, the power density used to heat the surface of the workpiece is several times higher than that of traditional induction heating, and efficient and high-quality heat treatment can be performed on the surface of the workpiece.


3. Quenching process for precision racks: Place it on a sensor, lower the cylinder and compress the rack. The induction electrode, bracket, and sensor are connected. The distance between the sensor and the rack can be adjusted as needed. The induced current generated by the combination of longitudinal and transverse magnetic fields simultaneously heats the surface of teeth. The heating speed is very fast. The heating time is controlled. After reaching this temperature, the equipment stops heating and automatically sprays quenching solution onto the surface of the teeth to complete the quenching process.
