During long-term use of machine tool guides and other friction pairs, due to varying degrees of friction between the two contact surfaces, the surface of the friction pair undergoes varying degrees of wear, which seriously affects the machining accuracy and production efficiency of the machine tool. The commonly used methods for repairing machine tool guide rails include scraping repair, grinding repair, adhesive repair, and brush plating brazing repair

1. Scraping repair method

A repair method that achieves the required precision of the guide rail by matching and scraping it with a standard gauge (or its corresponding parts). The scraping and grinding repair method has advantages such as high precision, beautiful surface, good oil storage and wear resistance, but it has high labor intensity and production efficiency
