The linear guide rail and the linear guide rail bearing are fundamentally two product accessories. The linear guide rail is an accessory for transmitting motion, and the reciprocating linear motion of the track from a specified point to the next point is the guide rail. The appearance of the linear guide rail bearing is significantly different from that of the linear guide rail outside: the guide shaft of the linear guide rail shaft bearing is in a cylindrical shape; The axis of the linear guide rail is a square structure.

Due to the contact between the bearing ball and the outer sleeve of the bearing, the steel ball rolls with the minimum frictional resistance. Therefore, the linear optical axis has low friction and is relatively stable, not changing with the speed of the bearing, and can achieve high sensitivity and accuracy in smooth linear motion. The consumption of linear optical axes also has its limitations, the most important of which is the poor impact load capacity and bearing capacity of linear bearings; Secondly, linear bearings exhibit significant vibration and noise during high-speed motion.




The installation difference between linear guide rails and linear bearings




Linear guide rail bearings and linear guide rails have similar functions, both supporting and guiding. The main difference lies in the installation position: linear guide rail bearings are generally fixed at both ends, and the suspended connecting component in the middle covers all or most of the radial direction of the optical axis; A linear guide rail is usually fixed with bolts, with one side tightly attached to the equipment installation base.
