To ensure parallelism between the driven side slide rail and the reference side slide rail during the installation of the non lateral positioning assembly surface. 1、 Using the installation reference plane installation method First, use assembly screws to fix the bottom reference surface of the linear guide rail approximately to the bottom assembly surface of the bed. Then, use a vise to press the side reference surface of the slide rail against the side assembly surface of the bed to determine the position of the slide rail. Use a torque wrench to lock the fixing screws in sequence with a certain amount of torque, and press the bottom reference surface of the slide rail against the bottom assembly surface of the bed. 2、 Installation of the driven side linear guide rail 1. Linear block gauge method Place the straight block gauge between two straight guide rails, use a micrometer to calibrate the straight block gauge so that it is parallel to the side reference plane of the reference side slide rail, and then calibrate the driven side slide rail according to the straight block gauge. Start calibrating one end of the driven rail and lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in sequence. 2. Mobile Platform Law Fix the two sliders on the reference side on a measuring platform, while only one slider is installed on the driven side. The slide rail and slider have not yet been fixed to the bed and platform. Use a micrometer attached to the top surface of the driven side slider to measure the side reference plane of the driven side slider. Start calibrating one end of the driven linear guide rail and sequentially tighten the assembly screws with a specific torque. 3. Imitate the benchmark sliding rail method Fix the two sliders of the reference side linear guide rail and one of the sliders of the driven side guide rail to the platform, and then roughly fix the sliding rail of the driven side and its other sliding rail to the bed and platform respectively. Move the platform based on the reference side sliding rail. Starting from one end of the sliding rail, confirm the rolling resistance of the driven side linear guide rail while locking the assembly screws with specific torque in sequence. 4. Special tool method Use professional tools to determine the position of the driven side slide rail and sequentially tighten the assembly screws with specific torque. |
