1. The standard product of the linear slide has been sealed with a sealed lubricant (lubricant or lithium soap based grease) into the slide before shipment. After installation and debugging, please lubricate the slider again before formal operation. When lubricating, please use the same lithium soap based lubricant.

2. The standard product of the linear slide is coated with rust proof oil before shipment. If there is any cleaning action on the slide during the installation process, please apply suitable lubricant (please use compatible lubricant) to the surface of the slide again after the machine equipment is completed.

3. As the slider of the linear slide is composed of multiple plastic components, please avoid contacting or soaking these components with organic solvents during cleaning to avoid damaging the product.

Foreign objects entering the slider are one of the reasons for slider failure and damage, and should be avoided.

5. The disassembly of any linear slider component may cause foreign objects to enter the slider or reduce the accuracy of the linear slider. Do not disassemble the linear slide rail randomly.

6. Incorrect tilting of the linear slider may cause the slider to slide out due to its own weight. When moving the linear slide, please keep it horizontal.

The drop or impact of the linear slider can damage normal function. Please avoid incorrect drop or impact of the linear slider.

9. The allowable ambient temperature range for self-lubricating linear sliding rails (E2 type) is -10~60 ℃; The allowable ambient temperature range for silent linear sliding rails (Q1 type) is -10~80 ℃; The maximum allowable ambient temperature for the metal end cover linear slide (SE type) is 150 ℃. In addition, the maximum allowable ambient temperature for general linear sliding rails is 100 ℃.
