It is necessary to remove burrs, dirt, and surface scratches from the mechanical device surface before installing the linear guide rail.

Attention: The straight slide rails are coated with rust proof oil before formal installation. Before installation, please clean the reference surface with cleaning oil. Usually, after removing the rust proof oil, the reference surface will rust easily. Therefore, it is recommended to apply lubricating oil with lower viscosity for the main shaft.

Gently place the main rail on the bed and use lateral fixing screws or other fixtures to gently fit the line rail with the lateral device surface.

Attention: Before using the device, it is necessary to acknowledge whether the screw holes match. Assuming that the machining holes on the base do not match, forcibly locking the bolts will greatly affect the combination accuracy and application quality.

Slightly tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail in order from the center to both sides, so that the trajectory fits slightly with the straight device surface. The order is to start from the center and tighten towards both ends to achieve a more stable accuracy. After slightly tightening the straight reference plane, strengthen the locking force of the lateral reference plane, so that the main rail can truly adhere to the lateral reference plane.

Use a torque wrench to gradually tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail according to the locking torque of various materials.

Using the same device method to install the secondary rail, and individual devices slide onto the main and secondary rails.

After paying attention to the linear slide on the slide device, many accessories cannot be installed due to limited space in the device. It is necessary to install all necessary accessories at this stage. (Attachments may include oil nozzles, oil pipe joints, or dust prevention systems, etc.)

Gently place the moving channel (table) onto the sliding seats of the main and auxiliary rails.

First tighten the lateral forcing screws on the moving channel, and after the device is positioned, proceed in the following order.
