1) The LR series roller type linear guide pair replaces the general steel ball rolling element with a cylindrical rolling element. The rolling element is in line contact with the guide rail and slider. Compared to the general steel ball type linear guide pair, the elastic deformation under the same load is smaller. Therefore, it can provide higher rigidity and load capacity on the same size linear guide pair;

2) The LR series guide rail pair adopts a 45 degree combination of rollers, which can not only withstand higher load capacity in the up, down, left and right directions, but also increase its rigidity through preloading adjustment, making the guide rail pair have ultra-high load capacity.

3) In order to effectively prevent cutting or foreign objects from entering the interior of the slider through bolt holes and affecting the linear guide pair, the LR series provides users with a full range of standard anti dust steel strip products;

The dustproof steel strip is made of stainless steel and is clamped on the guide rail, effectively preventing the accumulation of foreign objects in the installation hole.
